I'm already on the site,01harley. Its Monday Rainey and gloomy. The weekend was long for me, short for my husband. Trying to act ok when your not is exhausting. He knew but didn't say anything. So all the emotions I keep in is flooding me this morning. I'm like a robot going through the daily routine with crying added. The feeling of dread and anxiousness is over whelping. Just need an uplifting word.

Feeling lonely
Good Morning Harley, It's rainy and gloomy in Chicago today. I embrace the day by knowing that we all need a little rain in our lives as nature does. It is a cleansing and refreshing time. "Life's not about waiting for the storms to pass, It's about learning to dance in the rain".
So dance with me my friend as we look forward to the sun or possibly even a rainbow coming out later. You are never alone Harley... xx
Thank you. I knew you were out there. I'm not to far from you, so u have the rain too. If I can ever dance in it I would want it to be real and not a dream. Its really nice to have support.
Harley, of course "learning to dance in the rain" is a metaphor but it doesn't have to be. Nothing like putting on your raincoat, opening up your umbrella and walk outside. Feel the raindrops touch your face. Listen to the relaxing sound of the raindrops. Do a little hop, skip and a jump. Be a kid again if only for a few moments. When you go back in the house, appreciate the shelter and warmth. Dry off, get comfy and make yourself a hot drink and a little treat. Breathe and enjoy the peace and calm that rain can bring. xx

I just got back from a little walk with my dog. It was sprinkling. But we went anyway. The temp is cooler so it was kinda nice. I just need to get over this rough patch which is lasting a long time. I'm gonna try to get through this.

I took along walk this morning,and been outside off and on. Then I listened to some Mindfulness videos and I actually fell asleep. It felt good. Woke up and been doing things around the house. Thank you!!

I am so happy with what you accomplished today. You really took ownership in feeling better and getting back on track. I'm proud of you. I can imagine how great that feeling was both physically and emotionally. You brought up your endorphin levels today for sure. Enjoy the evening and continue staying positive. You've only just begun. xx
