Very rough day today

I had the worst anxiety this morning and I feel so alone

No one understands depression or why I can’t motivate myself

I feel like I have no one to talk to

My friends and family just don’t get it

I understand what you are saying. I often feel the same way. It has been a big help to come on this web site. For the first time I feel I can say things here that I haven't been able to share with friends. You are right - if they don't experience it themselves they don't get it.
