Welcome to the Support Forum MrStu. I'm glad you found us. You will find a great group of men and women of all ages who listen to and share their journey with anxiety and depression. We support each other as well as understand and care. We all need help at different times of our lives. We not only learn from each other's experiences but we don't feel so all alone in dealing with this emotional pain.

Whenever you feel comfortable join in response to someone or tell us more about yourself. You are blessed to have a wife who is your rock. What makes you get upset and feel so alone? It sounds like you know this is the trigger for your panic attacks.

We are looking forward in reaching out to you because we care. Talk soon but we are also here to listen as well. :)

I'm glad you came here, it's been awhile since I even posted but looking at some people responses made me get back on here and even share some of my personal experiences with my anxiety and panic attacks. I've had 2 big ones in the last year. I know that's not a lot but I've had quite a few anxiety attacks when it seems like something is worse than what it is. Getting more sleep and no caffeine really helps with mine. The doctor tried me on Zoloft it made anxiety 10 times worse. I took myself off and read side effects one was anxiety..go figure. So it wasn't for me.

More sleep and less caffeine - yes, those are good changes to make when you're going through a period of anxiety.
