I'm glad you came here, it's been awhile since I even posted but looking at some people responses made me get back on here and even share some of my personal experiences with my anxiety and panic attacks. I've had 2 big ones in the last year. I know that's not a lot but I've had quite a few anxiety attacks when it seems like something is worse than what it is. Getting more sleep and no caffeine really helps with mine. The doctor tried me on Zoloft it made anxiety 10 times worse. I took myself off and read side effects one was anxiety..go figure. So it wasn't for me.
