from a feather to a brick

haven't posted on here in a while. I was doing better for a while but I've had a crazy mood swing from feeling invincible this morning to feeling physically weighed down and in pain from my depression. I've never been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and I don't believe that those mood shifts happen in that short amount of time. Anyone else get abrupt switches like that with their depression?
