Excessive sweating

Good morning! 😀😀 I was talking with someone this morning about excessive sweating. I thought I want to see if anyone deals with. Two of my meds cause excessive sweating. Lots of meds have this side effect which is unbearable!!!! As soon as I'm done drying my hair it gets severely soaked with sweat. River of sweat down my back all day, I sweat everywhere there's sweat glnds are. Currently taking oxybutnin to help control some of,it,but its still really bad. I have to keep a sweat rag and deorderant in purse if I go outside. Its very embarrassing. If anyone can relate please send me any advice as to what I can do to control this!!! Thank you!!

Have you told your doctor? Maybe a different medicine?

I cant take different meds cause tegretol has been my forever seizure med. Others don't work. Pristiq works wonders for depression. Other anti depressants didn't work as good. I had to come down in mg due to the sweating. I wish I didn't have to suffer the sweating due to how embarrassing it is. I take oxybutnin for it but only helps a tiny bit.
