Been on this amazing trip for the last few years following a complete breakdown. during that time I have ticked off so many physical symptoms its ridiculous!
Just wanted to ask how many on here experience excessive sweats, heat intolerance and other symptoms just out of the blue?
Thanks for your time.

I experience heat intolerance and sweating, but I attribute it to taking Cymbalta. So, it’s not really out of the blue! I struggle with it, but the Cymbalta elevates my mood, so I stick with it...wishing you the cooler weather in the future! 🌷🙂🌷
thanks for reply. Im not taking any meds right now so its nothing i am taking. I know its another wonderful symptom of the anxiety just don't understand why it happens even when I am not feeling that anxious. x
I do get random hot flashes and night sweats, but I attribute that to my age.... 48 next month. It really stinks to suffer anxiety and go through hormonal changes at the same time.
The dizzy nauseous feeling accompanied with icy cold grip in my chest, shaking, dry mouth, pounding heart, intense dread and fear are part of my morning anxiety on my bad days. Thankfully, my good mornings are starting to outnumber my bad ones. I do recognize my symptoms as part of my anxiety.
I hope you feel better soon and please know you aren’t alone.
you are really going through it aren't you. To be honest I have had so many tests and scans and bloods that I know its nothing physical thats causing these sweats, my endo reckons its my nervous system dealing with a flood of adrenalin. my body is so screwed from this anxiety and breakdown and i don't know what else it can throw at me. I will be starting citalapram in the next few weeks so i am hoping there will be a light at the end of the tunnel at some stage.
