New Counselor

Yesterday was my official day of therapy with my ongoing counselor, I felt it was very informative and it was only my first session, I don't usually get that far. She recommended I YouTube Brene Brown and check out some of her books. I immediately picked up the book called The gifts of imperfection, hopefully it's a good read, I'm excited to read it.

that is great that you have a therapist who is interacting with you...let us know how the reading and videos go with Brene Brown..I am not familiar with them, will be interested to hear from you how that go's.....
