why do i feel like no one likes me .? i am sure they do of course my parents love me but i feel like they dont . and my friends i always feel like everybody hates and i constantly have to please everyone .

Oh I so know what your saying. Thru out my 45 years I've never been liked in school, last one to get chosen to get into a group, etc. Until I moved to las Vegas and now in utah ppl are nicer but I keep saying everybody won't like you but I sure would like a few friends. Do you have a few close friends? I know how your feeling!!

Because you want everyone to like you. You lack confidence. You think you are short of something. Do you look yourself??

I have lived with this feeling as long as I can remember. I don't think people really do hate me but just like you I always feel like I have to be perfect so people will like me. I try to convince myself it is just my mental health issues but I still can't stop it. I also often feel like I am constantly making mistakes at work and I am going to be fired. If anyone has any suggestions on how to change or stop this way of thinking please share.
