Why would my school do this

I'm planning this program for mental health awareness month,bbbuuuutttt my school is just ignoring me. I keep trying to talk to them and they need saying there busy and stuff like that. I asked to plan something like last month and now it May 2 and nothing is being planned to my knowledge. I hate how they just did that to me I made slides had people and parents to donate there time to this and they do nothing. now what I'm supposed to do. I did all this for my school and this is what happens.

I emailed them this

It's Mental Health Awareness month and nothing is being done as to my knowledge. If I want stuff to be done this month I need to meet with someone. Planning things late is unprofessional not, not planning things at all is even more unprofessional. The excuse I'm given is ' I'm busy' or "there busy" doesn't work every time, even every teen learns that they have to make time for things, especially for student's voice.

Hi did the school ask you to do this? If not maybe they are planning something themselves though it would be better if they would talk to you about it knowing the effort you have gone to.

There might be reasons they are against this ie they might think a professional should do it instead for legal reasons? I hope you find some answers. x

at first, they were going to do not, but when I told them about it they said to make up a list of things they should do n come up with a slide I did n email them the same day that happened 4/4/18

I’m sorry that your facing that. Hopefully if you keep at it and keep reminding it you could still get the program going? Even if it’s a bit last minute.
