If your job lets you, if there’s flexibility and if you’re financially able to go part time take some time for yourself. I have a full time and a part time, the part time is a job I love (I still get attacks there) but my full time is because I need it. But, I wanted my part time, so I can work on myself. I go in everyday with dread and physically am sick. I want to quit every second I’m there.
