New Here -- Seeking Advice About Running Group For Social Anxiety

I'm nearly 45 years old and have dealt with social anxiety my entire life. 12 years ago, I joined a CBT group for help and these days I'm running that very group. I was researching ideas for group activities, when I came across a manual on this site on the topic of running such a group. My hope is to perhaps connect with others who have done this to share ideas/advice, as it's actually becoming more of a challenge the longer I do it.

Well, I was looking to talk about running a social anxiety group in general. It's not something that's commonly found so I often feel very alone in my efforts. I was hoping to contact the people who posted that manual on this site, but there was no contact info.
