Can’t sleep, feel like there’s voices in my head

Hi this might sound silly, but I once washed a movie where in the character suffered from anorexia, she couldn't shake the voices. So she yelled out loud "fuck of VOICE" every time her head started playing games with her or tried to drag her down. I do not know the extent of your situation, but hope this helps a little. Sometimes our greatest enemy is our self -destructive thoughts.

Yes that is my greatest enemy, I don’t curse but maybe I’ll make an exception so I can freakin sleep

It's very hard to control what comes into our minds, especially when you are tired. It might help a little to remember you are not your thoughts, we all create stories in our head which are not true but feel scary. I think learning to meditation can help and it takes time but you are worth the investment xx
