Losing control

I’m losing all control. I can’t function. I feel like a terrible person. Like I’m a bother and a burden. I know I say the same things all the time but I can’t help it.

Do you have a 24-hour clinic or ER nearby? You could tell them the same things you're posting here and maybe they can switch meds right away, instead of you going through all this for 9 more days.

The closest er or urgent care is 45 minuets away from me. Besides I don’t trust them. I trust my psychiatrist. He knows exactly what I can take. I’m allergic to so many different medications it’s not funny

Can't you call him or her on the phone and describe your problems? I've done that in the past when I had a really bad reaction to a med. He or she can call something else in to the pharmacy on the phone.

I am not sure why you do not have access to that- but it can be helpful. I think NAMI also has a warmline ( in USA)

You have gotten some good suggestions, but you don't seem to want to take any of them. In that case you have no alternative but to continue suffering. Are you choosing to suffer?

I will call my doctor first thing Monday morning. Until then I can’t do anything. So I have no choice but to suffer.

I am taking everyone’s advice seriously. What you said really hurt my feelings. This is why I have issues opening up to people.
