I’m extremely stressed out and tired. Barely slept last night. Anxiety and panic attacks are creeping up on me. Got a massive headache and I’m majorly zoning out. Plus I’m dizzy and lightheaded. Idk what to do.

I don’t know
What meds are you currently on?
I’m taking 100mg of Sertraline and 30mg of Buspirone
Is Buspirone for anxiety?
Yes
Has the Buspirone made a difference in the anxiety level?
It’s lowered my anxiety but it’s causing me to have horrible panic attacks
Have you told your doctor about that? There has to be something else you can take for anxiety.
Take a day off. A “mental health” day. Even if you are a home maker. Chores can wait. Work can wait. Of you have kids have family pitch im. Drink a lot Of water and find s netflix show you could
Totally binge on for a a whole day. Also suffer from a form of OCD that is brought on fromanxiety and i have read numerous things that all say on bad days totally immerse yourself in a book or tv show or even knitting or something creative. Find something innocent to obsess over for a day to take your mind kff of what your thoughts are telling you.
You are not stupid. You are not ugly. You are not worthless. You are not weak. You are not a burden. Your anxiety is lying to you.
A good rule of thumb; if it’s not going to matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it.
Sending love.
What I would do is rest, listen to very soothing music, do some calm breathing, and look at calming, reassuring, gentle images that reinforce that you are loved, cherished, and safe. Also, try drinking some chamomile tea. Sending hugs and thoughts of peace and gentleness to you.
Keep at it. The more you do it, the more effective it can become. Anxiety is worse when we don't get enough sleep...so you might want to try to take a nap and do your best to get a good night's rest tonight. Hold onto something comforting...I hold onto my husband's hand, my dog's paw, a plush bear, or my rosary. You might also want to speak with your doctor about medications, and if you haven't done so, a course in cognitive behaviour therapy and/or a peer support group. Right now, as I am typing, I am listening to soothing music (lullabies for babies!) and it helps me to calm down. Look for things that are soft and gentle. I avoid all violent t.v., movies, music or games. Some people find that physical activity is a big help...just going for a walk. Hope you feel better soon! More hugs...
Maybe you should just let your eyes close and have a bit of a rest.
Also, anxiety floods our body with adrenaline. After the adrenaline rush has passed, it is not unusual to feel very tired. I sometimes have waves of fatigue wash over me a while after I've had an anxiety attack. I usually just take some time to rest at that point and then afterwards I feel better.
