Sometimes I get anxiety with talking to people and being social. Its really hard for me to be myself around people, even if I know them. I know that people don't like me and that I don't have very many friends. And I'm constantly being judged, just people talking behind my back. That gives me depression. I need suggestions to help with that, please.

Don't get too down on yourself. Why do you think people are judging you or talking about you?
Okay, so I go to school. I'm a freshman in high school. I know people are talking about me because for one they say it straight to my face. Another is that I can hear them, plus whenever I'm forced to work in groups people make fun of me and don't talk to me. I'm just ignored and its really starting to get to me now.
I'm sorry...high school can be challenging. It's a big transition and I am sure you have a lot of great qualities. Don't let their rude comments bother you...its easier said then done. You can be the bigger person and just ignore them and seek out other people to be around and/or talk to teacher about switching groups if they are making you feel uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to seek out your school counselor/advisor, as well as talk to a teacher for support at school. I know its a tough situation but definitely reach out to an adult if you feel that other kids are not being kind. In the mean time make a list of your strengths and good qualities about yourself and keep a journal to write out your frustrations. Find a club or group that share the same interests. You have put yourself out there to find things that you enjoy. Take it one day at a time. Also stranger danger on the internet =)
