Day 4 hospitalization

Started out rough with several disturbances at night so I was tired. But morning meds mellowed me out. Until the meeting with the Dr. she wants to keep me til Monday and I didn’t not fight back. I just cried for the afternoon and finally asked for meds to help. But have come up with a logical and safe plan for a Friday release. And includes starting group again on Monday. Wish me luck that I can convince her.
