Hey, girlfriend. You're alive, you'll survive. Keep telling yourself this. Put fist to heart gently & repeat it.
If you sit in a chair and take a 4-second breath in thru your nose. Breathe as if you are a talking doll & someone was pulling a ring in your back that is attached to your belly button. When you exhale, do it through the mouth & end up pushing the ring back in. Exhaling through your mouth should take 2x as long, so 8 seconds.
I was shown some deep breathing a week or two ago, but it didn't work for me this morning when I was having an anxiety attack this morning. At noon I had a physical therapy session & she described the above technique. Let me know if it helps.
Take care & a nice warm bath with book , music & candles might help as well.
Do have anything you can take to calm you down? My doctor prescribed Diazepam and I only take when I really really need it, like yesterday I just couldn't take what I was feeling, again every body is different, their are some people here on this site feel that some of us shouldn't depend on pill, I rather take the pills if nothing else help to survive.

I’m still feeling bad. To make things worse I’m dealing with a horrible migraine.
For the meantime go to your health food store and see if they have something that can help you, like some medicinal tea to help you calm down, I drink stress relief tea and it helps and prayers of course 🙏💜
