I'm crafting with friends today. Their proj looks good. Mine on the other hand, i placed my paper wrong. I totally freaked out about it. I had a severe anxiety attack last night on the plane. I feel I cannot do anything right. I get so emotional & I hate when I do this. I've tried relaxation & meditation techniques & nothing ever works.

Being creative is almost impossible when your mind is flooded with anxiety, so don't beat yourself up over this.
Have you asked your doctor or therapist for good relaxation programs?
Cards, 3D items. Also sell the items I make. I really make a ton of different crafts. I make my own t-shirts, car decals ,anything vinyl.
