What is it like in the gap in between thoughts?

It’s hard to notice since the thoughts race and pile up on one another but there are moments where I think I sense a quiet nonjudging space in the gap. Or maybe I am still thinking but anyway it’s a spot of peace without trying which I wish would stretch out.

Anyone have any discoveries, ideas, to share?

Its the space between the bars that keeps the tiger in.

it sounds like that moment when you have had a good nights sleep and you wake up in the morning and don't think about anything....peace....quiet....it's lovely...even if it's just for a moment. I wish I had the answer for stretching that moment out, cause Yeah....anyone who knew how to make that stretch out would be a bazillion air for sure.

I think you just experienced a few moments of peace, when you weren't beating yourself up mentally, which is what depressives do all the time.

Freedom, or a little glimpse of it. I use to be afraid to enjoy that little moment when everything was peaceful in my head and i wasn't overthinking
