So many close answers, stress ball, yoga ball. I couldn’t say any one was 1/2 right. It’s a 10 pound medicine/exercise ball.

There’s one of them balls in my friends house and in the good old days of air, earth and sun whenever I’d go over I’d bounce on it the whole time... even through serious conversations sometimes until I’d stop myself 😳
