Hey guys. Haven't posted in a few days.. mood is all over the place.. however last night I almost had a freaking heart attack. Lying on the couch watching TV and could of sworn I saw a head peek around the hallway corner. First thought was oh someone woke up.. but nope. Nobody there. The rest of the night I spent lying Low on the couch so I didn't have to look that way. It was terrifying. Torn between holy crap our place is haunted, and telling myself greatttt now you've really lost it... you can imagine the level of my anxiety at this point..help!?? 🙄😳😵🤯

I agree with sly. Anxiety can play tricks on your mind. Even when you're calm you can get fooled. Sometimes I'm sure I heard someone inside the house, and of course when I check there's no one there. You're probably on edge to begin with, so just dismiss that stuff and give yourself some peace.
