Feel like heart attacks? When I've had my panic attacks the last few months, it feels like I'm having a heart attack because my heart beats so fast and my blood pressure spikes really high. Yesterday I woke up at 3am with a panic attack and an ache in my left arm. My blood pressure went as high as 150/110. I was so scared I was having a heart attack instead and almost dialed for medical.
