Battling Depression

I am currently battling depression. I tried to kill myself twice in less than 2 weeks. I am no longer suicidal, but my depression is bad. I'd love to have online support. For me, giving up is NOT an option. I have 3 beautiful children, and a husband that need me to be well mentally. I never want to have to go back to another psychiatric hospital again.

Welcome to the community! I find it helpful to post in here when I feel super down and/or don’t want to tell others around me. It’s helped me through many dark days and I hope it helps you too!

Hi and thanks for sharing your struggle. I've only been recently diagnosed with depression and anxiety which make no sense to me. Keep posting so you can have support through all of this illness
