Yeah I may always suffer from depression. It may never fully dissipate. Best I can do is manage it and I am.
I’m in therapy now. In a support group. Involved in a church. Just signed up for a retreat.
I’m working on improving my relationship with God.
Made some great, new friends recently who care about me.
I’ve got support from them as well as family.
I know I’m capable of great things and I’m gonna do great things with my life.
My name isn’t depression because it’s not who I am.
It’s something I’ve always struggled with and always will, but I’m still here for a reason.
I’m strong and so is anyone else here.
Our entire life doesn’t have to be about depression. We can and will live great, productive lives in spite of it.
We will conquer our fears. We will have success. We will overcome the challenges in front of us.
