Anxious, over thinking , anger, impatience, confusion... I don't think it wise to increase medication. Need to find a therapist who accepts Medicare patients.

sorry your having a hard time, but don't take more meds unless you talk to your doctor first, it could have adverse effects, and see if there is some on-line referral for therapists who take your medical.
