Twitching

So I’m trying to get to sleep but my body keeps twitching. Nothing big, just little spasms mostly in my legs. I’m not used to this, or maybe I usually don’t notice it, but my anxious brain is telling me this is the start of some massive panic attack when in reality I’m probably fine. Anyone else have experience with this? I just want to know that I’ll be okay.

I have the same symptoms with my anxiety and PTSD. Mine are compulsive movements and involuntary tremors as well, so lets see if I can give you a helping hand here. ( love the hair by the way ) I would suggest a guided meditation on youtube, or listen to relaxing music. Lay in bed with the lights off and focus entirely on tensing one muscle at a time through your whole body. After this, tense all the muscles in your body at once, as hard as you can, then let go. Do this a few times, and you should be able to drift off without twitches or spasms, as they have been worked out.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!! Hopefully this will help me drift off.

(Thanks for the hair comment btw)

I hope it does- if not, I've had LOTS of sleep issues so I'm sure theres something in there that could help :)

actually that is for some people just a thing, they have jumpy legs when trying to rest or sleep. My partner has that, there are meds, But they just takes advil for spasms and it seems to help.

HI I dont know if its this but i use a method called Holosynce it works on frequencies to alter brain waves. Any way when i use it i get loads of twitching. The reason for this is the energy channels are being opened , when the energy meets a blockage and clears it there is a twitch. Several times i have had very large twitches and nearly shot off the bed. If its the same as yours it could be a good thing. Hope it is. Love Ray.

I’m a little stubborn so I haven’t tried this yet but I’m giving in and I’m going to do it tonight. My sleep anxiety is bad and the twitching is frankly just annoying😂 Thanks again for your advice.

Holosynce is good for sleep, relaxation, brain function, endorfin production, brain stimulation etc. But it is very very powerful, It takes 10 years or so to finish the course. I have done about 8 levels Not tried to go past this level was satisfied at that. Like i say if anyone trys it consult your docter first, It,s powerful stuff. And the levels are not cheap. Love Ray.
