well done it this time, really down so had a drink, then another and another well had too much and made myself really I'll as not supposed drink with drugs that I'm on ended up in Hospital for the night, I think they thought I tried to end it, in some ways I think it might not be a bad idea, might be better off just lately all the shit is getting to me what with work, home, debts and all don't open letter as had enough demands and court just all to much for me at the moment
