I'm glad you found your way here brother, and it's an honor to be among those welcoming you in to our little corner of the universe. For what It's worth, a.) I've seen my share without ever leaving the country - b.) I'm a man - c.) You can say anything you gotta say any way you need to say it to me and I'm fine with that, so feel free to private message me if you ever need to just talk without worrying a out, "filtering." I'm not easilly offended.

I have had social and generalized anxiety as well as PTSD since early childhood. I am 49 years of age now. I have had long periods when my symptoms have been well managed, and also some very serious setbacks, so it is possible that some of what has helped me may be useful to you, and vice-versa. Of course not everything that works for me will work for you and vice-versa too, but we each have to find the pieces that fit our own puzzle.

There's a lot of really cool people here, and I hope you find the care, compassion and comfort here that I have. Keep coming around, even when it seems like some days you're just not really feelin' it. That's all part of sorting out your path.
