Shopping spree, a vicious cycle.

I have read that those, like myself, who suffers from GAD are more prone to shopping sprees. In my case it’s true, but only because I do a lot of inventory shopping for my business. I know that when we alter our lifestyle, we are also suffering from agoraphobia. On reflection, it’s a cycle for me. I online shop a lot, but I have come to realize that it also bubbles me from the world and from people. Isolation is dark path to be on. Sometimes the journey is so dark, even my shadows leaves me.
