I found a five minute YouTube exercise to try for my anxiety. Since it helped me feel better, I'd like to share it. The title is: Daily Qi Gong for Anxiety, Trauma release and Recovery - Boost your energy every morning. (I did it in the evening.)

Thanks Cathy63 for sharing Daily Qi Gong. I had forgotten about the Tai Chi I did years ago. Very calming practice. I liked it so much that I went on to Defensive Tai Chi. That training brought up my self esteem :) I think I'll get back to regular Tai Chi because of your post.

I hope you enjoy it. I also do tai chi (and yoga). When it gets a little warmer, I'll go back to my nature walks. Wishing you peace and calm too.
