I am very depressed today and need some positivity. I am having problems with my own reflection again . this struggle is hard and i need a solution.

I’m right here with you. Haven’t got out of bed today and it’s 3:30pm my time. Been googling potential help all day. Found a few things I’d like to try but they all cost money.

Is what you said about having trouble with your reflection mean how you look? If not, forgive me as I don’t quite understand what you mean.

Part of my problem is aging. I’m having a hard time accepting all of the changes taking place. I’ve always been pretty confident with myself, but this age thing is really taking a toll on my confidence.
