Headaches

Anyone have headaches due to stress anxiety and panic like constant to where you get exhausted, maybe side effects of meds or just due to the disorder I have

I have an appointment to be evaluated the 28th so I won't be sure till then if my headaches have to do with my anxiey or depression but I get really bad headaches and always feel sick to my stomach been to the dr have gotten blood work done and everything come back normal so im sure its the stress from anxiety hope that helps

Thanks I think your right, the doc said they should taper off as I keep taking meds

Yes I get migraines. Vomiting and nausea. In bed all day in the dark helps. When it first started, I used to get them every week. Now only every couple of months and it’s well controlled with pain meds. I started working out everyday and I feel that’s might have helped. Been shown to help with stress induced Headaches. I had no idea until I saw my doctor. Talk to your doctor about it.

When I have a day of high anxiety and racing thoughts I literally feel my brain hurting and I get this horrible headache

I'm sorry, I try to avoid getting stressed and anxious but it seems like the more I try the headaches come on especially brain zaps but the doc said with my meds they should go away
