Greetings! I hope you're having a good day. ^^
I've been experiencing episodes of panic attacks for a few months now, with severity anywhere from deep-set unease to uncontrollable hyperventilation, shaking, and crying, generally while balled up in the most secluded place I can find.
Unfortunately, they've been getting incrementally worse, and have begun to interfere with my ability to carry out necessary tasks, like interacting with specific people or enduring specific situations. Right now, I can't change much to avoid those triggers, so I was curious if anyone had a moment to offer up some advice: what coping mechanisms have you found most helpful to quiet and control a panic attack?
Thank you so much for your time and advice, I hope you have a lovely day! Stay strong! ^.~
