I should think a lot of people feel somewhat like that, the hospital staff probably allow for that in the tests they take..i'm not the same person when i have to go..

I had an episode like that. Went to hospital and blood pressure was extremely high and I was already taking xanax. They put me on ativan had had me stay a while to see how I felt. I felt better and wanted to come home but was afraid they were gonna have me stay.

What did they give you or tell you, if anything, when you left? Lets start from there. I can't speak for anyone else but I'm guessing most of us have done the same.

Yeah that's what always happens. The good thing is you got all checked out so that should help with any health anxiety for a while!

The best thing I can tell you is to breathe slowly, in through your nose , out through your mouth. I hope this helps you! XXX

Flemons, hi here, I'm the one who wrote you about the Resperate to control your breathing. You can find it at AMazon. Again, it is not cheap, but it has helped me immensely to control my breathing during a panic attack. Good luck. You will over this. Stay strong.

YES YES YES! I HAVE HAD THE SAME THING! What helped me was just getting reassurance & praying to god (: he has helped me through it but if you ever feel this way just remember ANXIETY CANNOT KILL YOU & I never have met anyone who hasn’t gotten through anxiety, it is just a phase and it is only temporary, you are not alone! What calmed me down is focusing on my breathing and just having someone tell me everything gonna be okay ! All situations are temporary and it’s scary I know but remember panic attacks don’t last longer than 20 minutes! Anxiety is a big liar don’t listen to those voices in your head, you must fight it and distract yourself
