I have insomnia any tips on ways to help fall asleep with prescription drugs?
I have the same issues,I use aromatherapy pens and have started using cbd oil and they both work wonders. Both are very affordable. Look up Corked.com. they are all natural essential,aromatherapy.

The cbd oil can be in drops or spray ,you put it under ur tongue. It does come from Marijuana but it is not thc,so there is no high.. it is an all natural alternative to prescription drugs. I just ordered the spray from :

The aromatherapy pens look like vape pens but it is totally natural essential oils that helps with certain things. Go to Corked.com. they have one for insomnia. Some meds actually stimulate you. I would definitely discuss this with your doctors. I wasn’t sleeping for years and going over my meds I found out I was taking a Med at night that stimulated me. I switched it to the morning and 💤💤💤
Before you start taking any other substances or chemicals please discuss this with your doctor. I have a friend who swears by cbd oil. I don’t know about where you get it. I would still discuss this with your doctor.
Any time you are experiencing new symptoms after starting a new medication you should discuss them with your doctor. Never take any other meds, supplements, vitamins etc without also discussing with your doctor. I hope you find your rest!
