Where did it go?

I used the name zippy because that's how I used to feel.

But now after struggling with depression and anxiety for many years, along with some serious health problems , I feel like the ", zip" has completely left me.

Hi zippy do you mean the zip has gone due to anxiety or that you finally come through it

How is you manage that any tips would be extremely grateful as I am at my lowest point with it

Its hard for me to suggest anything since I'm at an extremely low point too.

I've seen brighter days and have a glimmer of hope I'll see them again.........try that and I hope it helps you.

I have suffered from depression for years also. I have come to the conclusion that I can’t get rid of it but can learn to manage it. I tried all different kinds of thing. Therapy , I am on medication. I keep trudging through. I hope you realize everyone is struggling with something and you are not alone. If you need someone to talk to, I am a good listener

We can all do this is just at that point of despair we don’t believe we can when we look back at our history we can see we’ve dealt with it all before and we forget how strong we are We get up and fight everyday we fight more than most people ever have to do just to get by each day But the sunnier days will come again it just takes time
