throat tightness all day

hi all hope you are well i have constant throat tightness even tho i can swallow and that it constantly there everyday all day my throat is so dry all the time can anybody help me with this i fee this feeling constant clearing my throat iv been told this is anxiety by docs but its driving me mad they checked my throat well show a torch in it and said it was fine but feel tho top is closing to botten

I get that feeling and find a cough drop sometimes gaves me some relief. The physical symptoms of anxiaty suck. And they make me stress more!
