Hi, Im Baiba and I'm 25 years old. I was first diagnosed with a depressive episode when I was 18. And since then, refused any medical care. Uhhhhm, then; at the age of 22, a doctor just hit me with "you have bipolar disorder miss" at the very first consultation! well, I never went back.

Anyways, I get much better with friends support, work and music.

Welcome to the site! I have no choice but to take meds, last time I stopped them I wound up with shingles, very painful! I wish you the best, and I'm here for you!

thank you so much!! It is very true, medications is pretty helpful, I am considering reconsulting another doctor, maybe, I have no stable decisions on the tiniest silliest stuff. And I am here for you too!! Very glad to meet you!
