Anxiety

Has anyone ever tried to go to sleep at night but, every time you start falling asleep your heart starts beating and a sense a nervousness comes inside you that doesn’t let you sleep as hard as you try to.

most nights of the week for many a year I just have to drift off slowly or I would never sleep.ive got a habit of thinking bout accidents or potential accidents messes me up even with medication.

I’ve never experienced anxiety so I don’t know what’s normal or not. I’ve gone to the ER several time for chest pain and heart palpitations and they run ekgs, chest X-rays, and blood work and say everything comes back normal. I feel like I’m going crazy because everytime I close my eyes my heart starts beating fast. Also when I finally go into that deep sleep any little noise I hear startles me. Is this normal with anxiety?

yeah I'm a bit like that.i get jumpy even at the littlest things.does sound like anxiety but better to go back to your doctor if it keeps up.

yes, it's anxiety... I experience this often.
