as the school year is really kicking in, im trying to keep up my grades, and im doing just fine grades-wise. but lately ive been getting quite the load of anxiety. like heavy breathing' dizzyness, nervousness, ect. ive also noticed my temper getting kind of bad. which is weird, since im not the tipe of person to get mad easily.
its really weird and hard to deal with. but i hope i can get through. any advice?
