Hi Elleeee,

Without being your healthcare professional who knows your medical history, no-one can really say for sure if the drug is the one for you.

If the outcome of taking any drug is intolerable side effects, a medication review is in order with your doctor.

Your doctor has quite a few different drugs that work in different ways to choose from. Unfortunately, it's quite often trial and error to find the one or a combination that will work best for you.

Please remember that you are your own expert concerning your mental and physical wellbeing :)

I don’t want to trigger anything, but I find lots of useful information on a web page called the mighty. There is a article piece on “What It Feels Like to Be in 'Partial' Depression Recovery.” Which could give you some reassurance? But I know what you mean I am not far behind you, been taking citalopram for nearly a month. I felt so uplifted the end of last week, now I am very flat.

Not what you're looking for?
