So it’s been a little while since I last posted on here.
Well my new meds are working I feel almost normal like I used to be I guess. I still have some downs not as much but my ups well think they are a little out of control.
For those of you not from the USA this Black Friday after work I went and got a 65 inch screen tv. Paid a good price for it but still shouldn’t of have spent that money. My mania has been a little out of control I guess been spending money left and right of course after all the bills are paid. Instead of saving it I’m like ohhhh now I have this to spend.
I mean even food shopping feeds my mania feels good to buy buy buy.
Forget about the dollar store I try not to even walk in there unless it’s a have to buy even then walk out with more than I need.
But at least my moods mostly have been in the ups!
Even got some of the house cleaned until my back started to hurt really badly but that because I was in a car accident and have been getting treatment for it but still doing things can really make it worse.

Well, been there. Done that. Just save the receipts. As you settle down, hopefully, you'll be able to return some of the purchases. You're paying the bills, you know what is causing the spending spree and it will pass. Promise you that. So glad you're feeling better. Slow yourself down a bit by carrying a notepad with you and write down everything you are about to buy. When I saw it in writing, it helped me. xx
This is the time of year everyone is encouraged to buy, buy, buy. It's hard not to give in. But, you mentioned the word "mania." If you really think that's what's going on, I'd call you doctor. You could get yourself in a world of trouble if you're truly manic! Otherwise, enjoy feeling better and see if you can put your positive energy into something that will bring you happiness and not the pain of debt.
