I regret leaving work to go on disability. Work gave me dignity and something to do. Now I lay in bed alot.

Can you go back to work or to a different job maybe with the help of a voc agency?

I think you would benefit from keeping very busy. Make up a calendar of things to do every week.

If you want a better life for yourself including self-esteem, you're going to need to really push yourself to reach both short- and long-term goals that you set for yourself.

You CAN do this! Baby steps each and EVERY day.

Brst wishes

Hi. I am not sure what my long term goals should be. I am 50. Get a job? Get a boyfriend? Buy property and rent it out so I don't have to work?
