For me it’s been a difficult year, my mental health is at its worse, it’s even been hard for me to be around my family.

But even if things have been hard, I still have alot to be thankful for. My life, my family, and so much more. I’m still here, i’m gonna fight this everyday and i’m not gonna let my disorders win.

I hope you all can find something to be thankful for today. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

Hi Josie2394, as hard as our days can be, we always have something to be thankful for. Concentrating on that positive thought is so much healthier than dwelling on the negative.

So many varieties of foods today to choose from, so little time somehow I always save room for dessert. For this I am thankful...

It is a nice post and spot on. Our family always goes around the table and everyone says what they are most grateful for . We are like most families we have our differences , some squabbles , but our family was the one thing everyone was most thankful for. I am thankful for that. Pam
