Epstein Barr flare is really scaring me

My doctor recently said she thinks I have issues with my Epstein Barr as I have been experiencing dizziness on and off since mid October and most recently exhaustion has set in. It is ruining my life as I am a very active person. I exercise every day. I love to run but right now I can’t because it is too taxing on my body. I ran 5 miles Friday and had to basically sleep most of the day after that. I know my doctor is most likely right but I am terrified that maybe she is wrong and missing something. We are doing blood work this week to verify. I did go to a walk in clinic earlier last week for the dizziness and they did some blood work and found nothing abnormal. This is my life. I have been in and out of the hospital/walk in clinics several times over this past year for crazy symptoms only to be sent home and told I am fine and that it is all anxiety. This is what my anxiety does, it always makes me think “what if” and it always makes me think worst case scenarious and I get so worked up and freaked out. Does anyone here have any experience with chronic Epstein Barr? Epstien Barr can do so many crazy things to your body. I first learned that I had it about 1.5 years ago after experiencing panic attacks out of no where, extreme heart palpitations, hair loss and fatigue. I wish we had an Epstein Barr community on this site that would be so helpful.

I was recently diagnosed with EBV and was having some dizziness. The doctor told me that the dizzy spells were related to adrenal fatigue.
