I started doing the gratitude list thing also. I think of 3 things to be grateful for every morning and every night. Helps to slow my mind down and helps my depression.
Okay I'm gonna start doing this too.
1 - the sunshine outside today
2 - having a day off work
3 - finding an uplifting music mix on youtube to keep my spirits up
4 - having amazing pets to care for and having their unconditional love in return
5 - this community to help me find my light and get the negative thoughts out of my head ☺ thank you

What a wonderful post. I am grateful for so much also, and would like to thank the present day soldiers and vets as their day approaches. Thank you to the families as well. If there are any on this site thank you for your service across the miles.
