I am feeling so sick, this began last night and I told myself it was anxiety. This morning I woke up and I feel worse than last night. I am feeling extremely nauseous with the feeling that I’m going to pass out and a choking feeling in my neck. Now I have experienced anxiety symptoms before but.... this is different I can tell something is wrong with my body........ I am going to go to the ER and see what they can do
