doctor said my blood was okay but i’m still very sick ... my abdomen is swelled like i’m 5 months pregnant , i have pain in the abdomen , nausea , very fatigue can sleep up to +12 hrs a day , i can eat two bites of food and be so sick to my stomach , i’ve lost my appetite a lot another words and the fact that the doctor said i’m fine is kinda upsetting ....

This is definitely upsetting for you and there is a medical explanation for your symptoms. It's reassuring to hear that a blood test is good, it's a good indicator, however, it's still baffling.

on weekends when i don’t have work i can sleep from 8:00pm friday night and not get up till 5:00pm saturday evening i sleep so much ....

kw41716. have you been checked for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? It's a hard one to diagnose but worth checking it out. A good Rheumatologist would be experienced enough to give you an idea. I have Fibromyalgia which is body pain minus not being able to sleep causing the pain. Good Luck in finding some answers. x

my stomach doctor is actually looking for holes or a tumor in my stomach for now , i go tomorrow for an ultrasound at 10:30
