So I was stuck in hospital the last day and a half.. I only went there for a check up after I was 'assaulted' at work and they ended up keeping me in as my heart rate wouldn't slow and my breathing was erratic and wheezy.
Turns out I am overworking myself with work and gym apparently.. I never had anything like this before my anxiety. In my old job I used to do 18 hour shifts, come home, sleep for a couple hours and then go straight back out.
Wondering if my body has just become weaker since all this.
It's been a little wake up call for me I guess though as well.. Time to quit smoking again (not smoked at all today!), stop the redbull and start being healthier!

What an unkind thing to do to yourself. I would suggest you learn how to care for yourself become you become an invalid. There's all kind of help available go for it. Sprinkle 1
Sorry to hear that you are having a tough time. Sounds like you are and have been pushing yourself far too hard
The fact you are doing this imo sounds like you've been struggling or maybe avoiding how you've been feeling for a long time. We are all finite and our mind and bodies will only cope with so much overworking before the inevitable crash bang back to reality, only when this happens we are are left with the consequences of our actions.
I smoke, drink too much and do other damage to my mind/body to overwork it and got a very nasty shock 5 years ago.
Perhaps the hospital visit was just what you needed in order to get you to slow down
Ive found that the more i beat myself up for my failings or for feeling either emotion/physical pain, the worse it will get and I'm then chasing my tail until eventual burn out
With that in mind, I hope you can manage to slow down, try not to be too hard if you have a smoke, addiction is a really hard thing to crack and is a whole another beast
Feel free to chat if you want to, if not I hope you can address some of the things you have mentioned
