Hey there, My name is Emily. I recently got married in April of 2017 in Walt Disney World to the love of my life, best friend, confidant and husband. We have been through a lot since I met him and he has been there every step of the way.
I am the owner of a mental health advocacy and consulting company that I started almost a year ago. I have depression. I try my very best to take care of myself, exercise, eat healthy, good support system, family, friends, two dogs and oh my husband lol.. J/K
I spend a great deal of time working on my business and when I am not doing that, I am with friends, my husband, family, two dogs or spending time by myself.
When I do struggle with my symptoms of depression I tend to feel sad, cry a lot, but as I have told my own clients, I get out of bed and I act as if or try to. I definitely make sure I exercise to get the endorphins going.
